Drop down menus

Hello again

I’m creating a product with a series of drop-down menus that depend on the previous selected item. That is, the client must choose the University, then College, then course. If it selects a different university having already selected a college and course, it resets back and displays only the information available from the first drop down list.

I have achieved this by using the Conditional rules and they work ok.
My problem: I have MANY topics to fill in all the drop-downs. They are many colleges, many universities, and even more courses.

The client is going to supply us with a list; is there a way to import this list into the plugin someway?
