Dropbox BackWPup folder is empty

    Hi everyone! I am trying to make a backup of my site to Dropbox, and the plugin seems to work fine, in WordPress it shows the work as completed, without errors, and sent to Dropbox.
    However, when I go to my Dropbox account, the folder is created, but it´s empty…I don´t know why…¿did I miss something?
    I tried to do the same twice already, but nothing appears in the folder, and I don´t know if I am doing something wrong…¿can the backup be somewhere else?

    Hi @adrianamg
    Please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), re-run that backup job again and send us debug log.
    You can get backup log at BackWpUp -> Logs (the latest file)
    We need your debug log to identify this problem 🙂
