Dropbox links in Help

Two things your links to the dropbox files are no longer working in the help files, I am trying to set up times in appointments but it doesn’t seem to be working.

If anyone can also help me on this as well, we are trying the demo out, and may have to upgrade to the full version if needs be, but in the free version can you stagger the appointments, we need to put a 10 min gap between each appointment to allow reset time etc, I have tried to sort this out in the rule and put in a shift pattern to show 8am-9am, 9:10am-10:10am, 10:20am-11:20, etc but the time picker will only show a complete hour, not the actual time that is available.

Also is there a way to block certain times to certain people, so new users can only choose between 11am till 3pm, and once they have been vetted they can choose any time available, so from 8am till 7:30pm?
