    Hi,

I am testing ‘Updraftplus’. So I installed updraftplus and selected dropbox for backup option. And I save all settings. But if I click on the ‘Backup Now’ the backup is not finished and it shows an error message:

Warning: Dropbox error: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?) (0)

    See screenshot:

Go to the ‘expert’ section at the bottom of the ‘Settings’ tab, and toggle the option for using the server’s SSL certificates. Then save the settings, and try a fresh backup.

    Hi,

I followed your instructions and changed those settings. But no luck. It’s not working. Please let me know what’s the next step in order to fix this issue? I am not sure what’s error?

Did you run a fresh backup, or is it just that the message from the previous backup still shows in the dashboard?

What was the setting before, and what was it after toggling and re-saving?

    David
