Dropdown Field Not working

    The dropdown field for ‘State’ and ‘How did you hear about us?’ is not longer working on this website. The site is using the most current version of Ninja Forms, as well as WP vers 6.7.1 – PHP ver 7.4.33

    Would appreciate it if someone could take a look.

    Hi Denise,

    I’ve checked your contact page, and both dropdowns are working fine, as shown in the screenshot below. If you’re still encountering the issue, please disable the cache plugin to see if it’s causing a conflict.

    If the problem persists and you’re unable to resolve it, please open a support ticket so our customer support team can assist you further.
