I’ve checked radio field but it doesn’t seem to have Dropdown. It’s more like select(button) field.

Could you let us know more about your goal? Do you want such look only on mobile or on desktop as well and select should be some sort of modal?

Just to be sure you meant when the “Select” field is selected it should show up as a Radio option to select?
If yes, I’m afraid such a feature isn’t supported out of the box and it’ll require a lot of custom changes.
If you only want one option that needs to be selected then you’ll have to use the “Radio” field instead of “Select”.
If multiple options can be selected from the “Select” field then you could try the “Multi” select option instead.
