Dropdown for Specific Agent

    Is there a way to create custom dropdowns before they start the 1003. Specifically is they have an agent preference. Thank you!

    Apologies on the delay as we generally manage all support through our website but we do not offer that feature currently, it’s only 1 user per website but you can specify multiple emails in settings to receive applications.
