Dropdown list language names in floating widget?

Hi, Is there a way to have a dropdown list with the language names appear in the floating widget? We used to use the shortcode in our menu but had to remove it because the shortcode in menus plugin conflicted with another plugin we need to use.However, the floating widget only shows flags – not the name of the language (like the shortcode does).
