Dropdown Menu Does Not Work On Mobile

I am having the same problem with my drop down menu on mobiles. I recently had a sitemap issue which did not allow me to log into my WordPress dashboard on my laptop or simply open my website (while not logged into WP) on the laptop. However, I was able to do both on the mobile. However, on the mobile, the drop down menu did not work when not logged into WP. The sitemap issue seems to be fixed, but the drop down menu still won’t work on the mobile. I have also now noticed that on the laptop, where the drop down menu does work, my NextGEN photo galleries are displaying differently–in a single column rather than in three columns as they are set up to do. This is also causing the header photo to be almost cut off completely. This only displays this way when I’m not logged into WP. Everything works and displays properly on the mobile when I am logged into my WordPress dashboard, but for anyone wanting to log into my site on a mobile, the menu won’t work; or if on a laptop, they won’t see the photos displayed correctly.
What should I do? Any help is greatly appreciated.
