I noticed there is only a “Top Bar” menu configured in your website. Are you referring to the submenus in the “Top Bar” menu?
Could we know what exact issue you face regarding this? I could notice the “Top bar” menu is visible in both mobile & Desktop.
Are you looking to add a menu? If yes, you could try to add a menu to “Main Menu” under Appearance > Menu > Manage Locations?
Could you please share a screenshot of the existing configuration you have and the issue you face, so that we could assist further?

Hey there – Could you please share a screenshot of the specific dropdown menu you are referring to? It seems that in your previous message you tried to attach a screenshot, but it didn’t come through properly and is not visible on my end.
It would be good to see what you mean. Because I can see the menu on my mobile device—including the submenu. How to post images here in the forum is described here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum-user-guide/block-editor/#adding-screenshots (not as descibed on wordpress.com ..)
