The display option that does not show google, or the flags, is not working right. It appears like it’s going to be a dropdown menu, but instead it pops up, when clicked, and looks sort of like a mega type menu with links in rows and columns. While that’s not my preferred look, I can accept it, except that it’s not working. Each time I try to mouse, up and/or over to get to a language, the menu disappears, as if it was clicked off of, or moused away from. Neither of those things are the case here though.

I want the look of this display option, with a simple dropdown like your first two display options. Again, I can accept the mega style menu though, if it works. How can I get the current menu, sans google, display option to work either with the mega style it is now, or to make it work like a dropdown list?

    Hello,

I’m having troubles to understand what settings you’re selecting. Could you please provide a URL/link?

To have a drop down, you should select the Inline option from the Display mode setting. Then you can use it as a widget (Appearance > Widgets) or by adding the short code to the pages/posts/etc or to the theme files.
