    To have parent menu name that opens corresponding submenus, while creating menus from Appearance > Menus, you can use Custom Link type of menu and enter a # for the URL field. Here is your visual guide: https://i.snipboard.io/kb4mcl.jpg.

    Thanks for the reply, I did that, my problem is that I want the mobile dropdown menu to work when I click on the main category to open the items below, not to send me to the custom link, at the moment I only have an arrow to the right of the categories principal who does this work.
    Sorry for my English, I don’t know if you understand what I mean, I attach a screenshot.

    I recommend you use Custom Link as it allows adding a custom URL. It doesn’t mean it is a full URL, but you can add #. When you use # for particular menu, you should set a custom label for it.

    Your screenshot doesn’t indicate that you are using a Custom Link. If your parent menu links to #, it should open corresponding sub menus when it is clicked (both menu label and the arrow icon).
