dropdown not working

    Hello, thank you for this plugin.

    Last time I check the dropdown function is working and all. but when I check it today, I only see a blank dropdown, the timezone is set to new york, and pickup time are already setup. could this be an update or the plugin in is not compatible? hopefully, this can be fixed soon as this is the only plugin I saw our client’s requirements.

    also, do you know how can I move the entire additional information above your order?

    I’m going to need a lot more information about your setup before I can begin to diagnose the issue. Please note the pinned post in the forum about all of the requirements needed in order to provide support. It’s also important to note what other things you have updated besides the plugin.

    It’s fine if you need to exclude the website URL so long as you can provide all of the other details:

    WordPress Timezone Setting: New York
    WordPress Date Format Setting: F j, Y
    WordPress Time Format Setting: g:i a
    All Plugin Start/End Pickup Time Settings: all days set to 11:00 am to 06:00 pm
    Plugin Pickup Time Interval Setting: 15 minutes
    Plugin Pickup Time Delay Setting: 30 minutes
    Plugin Pickup Time Open Days Ahead Setting: 1 this is the issue

    I think I was able to fix it with the Pickup time open days ahead, in addition, how does that work? can you explain further, please? when set to 1 it doesn’t show, but setting to 2 works. we need to make it so that it always shows up.

    Ah, OK, so this sounds like a misconfiguration issue.

    The pickup days ahead is an inclusive number, which basically means at minimum you are always going to have that set to at least 1 day to show the current day or 2 days to show the current day and the next open day. This configuration item is a hard one to “fix” as changing how that is interpreted could have major impacts on shops that have been using the plugin for a long time.

    Is it possible to add an error message or warning if pickup time is not available at the moment?
