We currently have no problem with any installation and our test could not reproduce the problem.
There are a few reasons why your issue may occur. This can be influenced by the browser version, but also by installed Browser add-ons. Also, which WordPress version you are using.
We suggest that you update your browser to the latest version without add-ons and check whether the issue still exists. If this is the case, check your WordPress configuration.
We are happy to install your form on our test instance to ensure that your form is error-free. To do this, export the JSON and send it to our office email.

We have decided that since you are unable to replicate this and on your end it isn’t easily repilicated unless under certain circumstances it it isnt too big an issue and we will just monitor it in the mean time
