dummy help please

Hello, i try since long time to make a custom post on my site and found your plugin, where I think, this could be the right one. But since i have to do all by myself and are a absolute newbie to websites, please could i have a “dummy” instruction for the following:
I just need, that my client can post video requests. Nothing more, than every post should have the standard fields for the client to fill out: his username on the site, a description what he want in the video, a category field and a price field, what he offers for that. Other users can reply to this post and their avatar should be shown in their responds.
If this is not the right plugin, maybe you can give me a hint which one to use, since i dont know how for what exactly i have to search, because i dont know the technical words for it. thanks so much
