Dupliate User Registration notification

Hi Kuba! So far, this is a great plugin! Thanks so much.

We’re noticing duplicated use registration notifications. I’m guessing it’s the same issue as this 6 month-old one here:

Do you know if there’s a fix for this? My client won’t be very happy to receive double notifications for every new use registration.
