This is definitely a mistake. I’ll fix it tonight.
Could I get some more help from you that would speed along the patch?
What is your version of WordPress, your current browser, and your OS?
Could you go to edit a post/page, and trigger the problem. Then, press Ctrl+Shift+I (Cmd+Shift+I on Mac) to open up the Dev-Tools. Select a tab titled “Console” in the top bar. If you have any red/yellow error entries in that panel, please copy them and post them here.
Thanks!
Note: The error also occurs when you edit a published entry.

Version 2.1.0 worked perfectly
All plugins disabled: the problem continues
I cannot recreate this issue.
However, I just released a patch that I think will fix these problems. Could you update, try out the patched version, and let me know if it works?
Problem solved. Thank you very much.
Note: You must empty the browser cache after updating. I would add it in FAQ
Thanks for alerting me to the bug and for testing!
You’re welcome. It has been a pleasure
