Duplicate Add Media button

    When I add a new post element using a Rich-Text widget, the “Add Media” button is there at the top of the TinyMce window as usual. When I edit the same object, there are two “Add Media” buttons at the bottom of the TinyMce window. If I close the modal and edit it again, I have 3, etc…

    Any ideas why? Are you able to replicate the issue?

    Follow-up: I just try desactivating the TinyMce Advanced plugin, and it acts the same way. I desactivated all plugins and I still have the issue.
