Duplicate completion updates in activity feed

    When users complete a course, the activity feed shows the status update at least 3 times for each user. See the image below. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to prevent it?

    @christytucker Sorry for the inconvenience.
    It seems like a bug inside the plugin, we have included in our todo list. It will be fixed with our coming update.
