Duplicate Content Issues Due to Post ID

    This was not happening before.

    I think this started happening after updating to WordPress 4.0.

    I am seeing 1000s of URLs for “Duplicate Title Tag”. Because, everything is same (including content, SEO Title, Images, comments, etc.), but URL is little different, so it creates a problem of “Duplicate SEO title”.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    The issue is still not resolved.
    Can anyone let me know how to get rid of this error?
    Can 301 redirect help to solve the problem? If yes, how to do that?
    As specified above, I want to have the urls as http://example.com/post-name/post-id
