Thanks for your question. If duplication still doesn’t work for your custom post types, please make sure that you are using the correct duplication profile where custom post type support is enabled.
Also check the following:
* Open your duplication profile settings.
* In the “Elements to copy” section, make sure you enabled all required elements and metadata that should be duplicated.
* Verify that the required custom post types are enabled in the plugin settings/profile configuration.
Different profiles can have completely different duplication rules, so it’s possible that the active profile does not include support for that particular custom post type or its metadata.
