    Hi Support

We are seeing duplicate DB entries and trying to work out what the cause of these are.

for example the site recently broke, we identified the reason to be beaver theamer related.

When BB devs jumped in to take a quicker look they advised that all elements (header, footer etc) all had the same entries for all of the elements when they should have been code for each individual element.

We have no idea how this could have happened and looking to find the root cause.

when performing a DB Analysis using phpmyadmin we can see duplicate indexes have also been created as 1 example aside from the BB corrupted theme tables.

“the indexes whishlist_token and wishlist_token2 seem to be the equal and one of them could be possibly removed’

“the indexes whishlist_token and wishlist_token3 seem to be the equal and one of them could be possibly removed’

any ideas if this could be cause by WP MySQL For Speed?

please advise on the best way forward with this scenario.

we are currently trying to rebuild the theme to try and get the site back online.

    thank you

    G

Our plugin doesn’t manipulate indexes by those names. There are circumstances where it may try to remove indexes from the tables where we manage the indexes. But it doesn’t sound from your description that these indexes have been removed.

Can you please do two things to help us troubleshoot further?

    1. Tell us which table has those indexes.
    2. Upload your metadata; look at the pinned topic on this support forum for instructions.

    Thanks for your question.
