This is very strange since no one else has reported this I’m assuming that it’s something specific to your site.
Do you also see duplicates when you access the forms list via this link:
https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=give_forms
That is, without the “&page=give-forms” parameter at the end.
Can you remove the duplicates that way too?
The new form list uses ajax to load the forms and run all the actions there. My guess is that some other script or plugin is making multiple ajax calls.

Hi Rick,
thank you so much for the reply.
I wasn’t able to figure out the problem, so I created a completely new Donation Form. happily, creating a new form did not create 10 new forms.
my guess is that during a Give Plugin update, the process stopped, and I had to reload the whole site from a previous backup. during that process, something happened to the Give Plugin.
the new form seems to be working.

I have the same exact issue.
1. I attempted to re-install the plguins to latest version
2. I attempted to use a different theme, same issue
3. I attempted to disable other plugins, same issue
I realised the duplicate forms are appearing ONLY in the “Switch to New View”. In the Legacy view, it appears fine, no duplicates.
Can you fix this please?
Also if I may, why doesn’t Legacy mode have duplicate option?

And to answer the question, I did the edit.php?post_type=give_forms suggestion above and they’re not duplicated.. If that helps.

BUT still I habe the problem, that my donation-form is shown duplicatet (30 times!!)
when I just klick on “donation” (wpgive plugin)

Hi @torstenroggan ,
my advice is to first delete the old form and all of its duplicates. I was using the Legacy Form template.
I now use the Multi-Step Form template, and my donate page is now working.
