Duplicating e-commerce

    Hello there!

    I have to duplicate a website with e-commerce section (products, customers and orders).
    I’d like to know if with duplication I keep all the data or I have to reset customers’ passwords.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and please accept our apologies for the late reply. This topic has been lost somehow. Please rest assured that we will our best to help you.

    Duplicator can backup your entire website and allows you to filter out database tables and directories/files.

    However, Duplicator can’t backup specific types of content like orders and customers and when restoring a backup, it overwrites the existing database tables or empty it before extracting the database tables in the backup.
