Duplicate e-mails

    The plugin works really well most of the time, but occasionally I get duplicate e-mail notifications – sometimes minutes, sometimes hours apart. For the latest enquiry I’ve had 4 identical e-mail notifications. Why does this happen and can I stop it? (It’s not bots – they’re real people who I e-mail and arrange appointments with.)

    Hi @susantfl,

    Thanks for writing in. Since there is no issue in our environment, this issue mostly arises from the email service provider. Could you please contact your email service provider, and they will help you with this matter?
