    First thing to do is install an email logger like this one:
    http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/email-log

    How many times has this happened and how many of your registered users were affected.

    Are emails being logged in there twice? If they are then it’s possible they addresses are duplicated in the database somehow or that there is a conflict. If they only appear in the log once then the duplication is happening later on in the chain of email sending events and it’s something for your hosting provider to investigate.

    Thanks, every subscriber is receivibg duplicates & they appear only once in the user database. I will contact Blue host, my provider.
