• I am using MailPoet and SMTP to sending emails.

    I have create a campaign and check my smtp email sending log. But I am really unhappy to checking it. I have seen that sometimes MailPoet send same email, some subscriber multiple time ( two or three times)

    I am trying to solve this problem. But I am not able to solve it.

    Hi there @dealmega,

    We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you were having with sending out your emails via MailPoet.

    Just to be clear, sending out the same email multiple times or to the same subscriber multiple times is definitely not expected behavior, and not something we’ve received other reports of. Even if a subscriber is on multiple lists that an email is sent to, they should only receive it once.

    If you can reach out to our support team here (you can use the pre-sales form), we can check to see what might be causing that. Please mention this forum thread, and also share the following information:

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info
    • Any other information about the duplicate emails that were sent/received, and the subscribers who received the same email multiple times.
