duplicate emails in mailchimp

    Hi,

    I’m using Boxzilla to build a popup box to register for news letters.
    When I am signing up using an email address that already exists in mailchimp list, it is not returning any errors or messages that the email already exists and it hangs until nginx throws a timeout error – I even increased nginx timeout to 5 minutes, but it still not returning any messages or errors.
    I have no problem signing up email addresses that don’t exist in mailchimp list.

    Your help will be much appreciated.

    If it’s an issue with MailChimp for WordPress, please post in the MailChimp for WordPress form: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/mailchimp-for-wp

    Don’t forget to share a link to your website where we can test the issue for you and the version of the plugin(s) you are using.

    If you are using another plugin to display the subscribtion form, or a MailChimp embedded form, you will need to contact the provider/developer of that form/plugin.
