Duplicate event does’nt send

    Hello,
    I have many problem with mail poet…
    It look like when I duplicate an event and put it online mail poet doesn’t send my automatic newsletter!!

    Can you help me??

    Are you referring to a custom post type from a 3rd-party plugin?

    As I understand, you’re duplicating a post and it’s not triggering the Post Notification. Is that correct?

    Yes, in worpress, I duplicate event, and change the name and date, but mail poet did’nt send the post notification…

    Hi @toniodesiles,

    I’m afraid there’s something different with the way the duplication works in the Events plugin you’re using and our plugin is not detecting it as a new published post.

    Can you please let us know what is the 3rd-party plugin you’re using to manage and publish your events?

    Does it integrate with MailPoet? Has duplicating an event ever triggered a MailPoet Post Notification email before?
