Duplicate Event not working

    Hello,

    I’m using The Events Calendar Pro and I just downloaded your plugin so that I can easily duplicate events, but the duplicate function doesn’t seem to be working at all. I get the pop-up with the options, but I don’t see the duplicated event.

    I’m using the latest version of TEC and your plugin.
    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi @marketfresh,

    Sorry to hear it isn’t working for you.

    For me, with a clean WP installation and just the latest Event Rocket and The Events Calendar builds it works as expected. Can you confirm the same on a test site perhaps?

    If for instance you find there is no problem under similar conditions, you could start building up the same plugin/theme stack to the test site and that way we might figure out if the problem is a conflict of some kind.

    Is that possible here?

    Hi Barry,

    So I deactivated a plugin that I found in a forum that I didn’t really need anyway, and its working better. This is what is happening now, though – the duplicate event only appears if I click on “edit” in the “Event successfully duplicated!” message.

    The plugin that is causing this problem is the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. The Events Calendar’s incompatibility with WMPL that prevents reoccurring events from translating is the reason I downloaded your plugin. It would help me more quickly duplicate events that are reoccurring.

    Any plans on making your plugin play nice with WPML?

    Hi Jonathan,

    I didn’t have any plans – but I’d definitely consider taking a look at this – please simply create a new issue and attach/link to an up-to-date-copy of WPML 🙂

    Please be aware that the amount of support+development I’ll be committing to Event Rocket over the next month or so is going to be limited, however.
