@maria118 Can you share the URL of the page in question?
@maria118 Can I ask if you are using another schema or seo plugin? Can you try de-activating to check if that is adding a second schema?

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately there are no other apps causing the conflict. The pages that do not have the FAQ plugin app on them have no errors, and when you remove the FAQ app on the pages that currently have errors, the message in GSC goes away. It has to be directly related to the app.

@maria118 Based on the html/js code generated (on open browser inspect) in your page. I think there is another plugin generating schema for multiple types including:
1. FAQPage
2. GeoCoordinates
In the coming update, I will add an option to disable Schema from Helpie, so there would be only one schema in the page.
Thank you Essekia. We have a homepage Schema markup that includes geo coordinates but no additional FAQ page schema.
I’ve done some more digging and it looks like each individual FAQ creates a Helpie FAQ page – could this be the issue? See below links for the FAQ’s on the ‘Endometriosis Page’
