Duplicate fields on registration form

I’m using the plugin WP-Members(https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-members/) to currently handle user registration and it appears that when I active this plugin its adding some additional fields to the registration form. Specifically “Your Full Name”, “Password”, and “Re-Enter Password”.

Is there a setting or way to stop these fields from appearing? I was really looking to mainly use your plugin to login security such as limiting login attempts but have no real interest in having to rebuild the registration aspect of the site.
