The error message that is displayed on the page is saying that some of the URLs in your Media Library database do not match the location of the uploads folder, possibly due to moving the site from another location.

You can email me at [email protected] to request a plugin that I use to see the URLs of the files and folders of the Media Library.

Generally the fix for this is to use the Better Search and Replace plugin to fix the incorrect URLs. We always recommend that you backup your database before using Better Search and Replace. And you should use the update ‘guids’ option in Better Search and Replace. It also has a dry run option which you have to uncheck before anything is changed in the database.

After using Better Search and Replace then deactivate Media Library Plus and activate and run the Media Library Plus Reset plugin that comes with Media Library Plus; click the Reset Datebase menu item. Then reactivate Media Library Plus which will do a fresh scan or your Media Library. After this your files should load and that error message will no longer appear.

Thank you so much for this informative post! Solved a problem I had been struggling with for days…the Better Search and Replace plugin did the trick!
