    Hi there,
    I love your forms but for some reason I am now getting a duplicate email sent to all recipients. This doesn’t happen on any of my other forms on the site and wasn’t happening on this one either until it started a couple of weeks ago. Not sure why? Any ideas welcome

    Thank you for the form.

    I made a test to it but only received one email in {email-1} I kept your emails on the form, can you verify if you receive duplicated emails from my lab site too?

    In case not, it may be a plugin or theme causing the problem and the next test would depends on the result.

    Yes I can confirm that I only got one email from you thank you.
    If it’s a conflict with a plugin or theme would that not affect all the forms? I use slightly different forms on similar landing pages and I only get one email from the other submissions.

    Since we tried to replicate the issue and still it works fine on our side with the exact form settings, the chances for a conflict is more. Unfortunately, it’s tough to state the gravity of the conflict to comment on whether it would affect other forms or not without running a conflict test.

    The conflict test would help in ruling out whether the issue is within the Forminator side or with some other part of the website, or with email hosting since it’s only affecting one form etc

    Easiest would be to set up a staging site and run the conflict test as mentioned in the given Flowchart:

    You can ask your hosting provider to set up a staging site. Please do let us know how that goes.
