Duplicate header image

    The header image is duplicated in the content block. If I delete the image in the header, it also deletes it in the content clock. I have sent a test email and the header image and heading is duplicated. I have also checked the suport forum for similar topics and found one closed topic. The advice given for that one was to simply remove or add an image in the email customiser. I have followed the instructions. The choice is either two images in the email or none.

    Glad you reached out to us about this.

    While I cannot replicate the issue on my website, could you do our initial troubleshooting steps? I’d say start with temporarily deactivating other plugins except WooCommerce and Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer to see if the issue will still happen.

    If it didn’t, reactivate other plugins one by one until the issue happens again. This will help you determine which plugin causes it.
