Hi,
Woocommerce doesn’t provide access for their Premium plugins to developers to allow us to support those plugins. I suggest you use their premium support and ask them to support our free open-source plugin or change their policy to allow developers to support their plugins.
Outside of that, I don’t have any answers for you. I can’t guess what they might be changing to make emails have two headers. I’ve not heard of this happening with any other woocommerce extension before.
All the best

Thanks so much for your response. I’ll definitely place my vote for them to support your plugin.
I actually contacted them first, and they sent me to you. Because the issue is resolved when I deactivate Kadence, it must be an issue with your plugin. I’ll be happy to provide whatever information you need to identify the problem.
Thanks again,
William

Not entirely true… Deactivate their plugin and I think you would only have one header for core emails. 🙂
The only way for me to invest time in trying to support this plugin would be to have access and not one-time access but access that actually lets me support it long term so I wouldn’t count on that coming from woocommerce.
I suggest you may want to ask woocommerce how they recommend you style your emails for their vendor plugin.
All the best,
Ben
