just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

No success dectivating all plugins except event manager, still the same. I can’t switch the theme. Its live.
That are only the events and event locations with the two headlines. All other types of posts are fine.

I think Event Manger needs a if-then-else in the code for building the post.

This is a theme issue, so you’ll need to edit the template used to display single events.

Thanks for your hint. But there is no single event or so. There is a singlepost template but all other posttypes except events and event locations will be shown correctly. In the generated code is the headline with the h1 tag two times. But I can’t figure out, which script generates the second line.
If it would be the theme why do i not have a double-h1 for all other post types?

Without you testing with a default WordPress it’s hard to be sure, but I’d guess you the event title also included in “Single event page format” under Events > Settings > Formatting > Events.
