Duplicate Including JS Files

    Hi,

    we have updatet our Dev Page to WP Version 3.8. We have also changed the slider we are using on our Dev page.
    It’s the jQuery Basic Slider now.
    All the markers and control elements have been created twice.

    The reason is that BWP includes the jQuery Files twice. The first time in the head and the second time in the footer.
    It affects all enqueued js files that are set to be minified, but seperatly outputted. If I take them away from this setting, they only get included once.

    Can you please check how this can be solved?
