    I have some sites with Events manager installed with some problems, in wp-admin/error_log I have lot of these errors.

    Duplicate key name 'location_state' for ALTER TABLE em_locations ADD INDEX location_state (location_state (191)) request made by require_once ('wp-load.php'), require_once ('wp-config.php'), require_once ('wp- settings.php '), do_action (' init '), WP_Hook-> do_action, WP_Hook-> apply_filters, em_init, em_install, em_create_locations_table, em_sort_out_table_nu_keys

    Same error for location_region

    Same problem in several web sites, tried a couple of Events manager plugin, tried to uninstall, delete all settings, the re-install, changed theme,

    Hi,

    Just to confirm, is this a new installation, upgrade, or migrated site? I actually haven’t experienced this before and trying to replicate this.

    this happen in a upgrade installation but also in a new installation.

    I have uninstalled the plugin, removed all tables, all options and re-installed it ….. always same problem.

    Sorry, I’m unable to replicate this issue; however, did you already try EM Dev version 5.9.11.4?
