Hi, We use a Flickr gallery and we have Elementor on our site. When clicking on a photo to open it loads it twice but only the initial photo. If you click the image in the background disappears and you can browse through the rest of the gallery fine.

I have tried both Classic Gallery and Guttenberg, no difference.

I would appreciate some help on this, please.

    Thanks, Andrew

    Hi,
This happens when you have another plugin (or your theme) adds its own lightbox to your site, and the fix is to disable that particular lightbox. If you provide me with a URL I might be able to tell you what that plugin is.

@sayontan How can I send you the link to the dev site in private?

Unfortunately you have to provide the URL here. The forum rules do not allow me to supply my email address.

I found the issue. It seems that it is Lightbox loading from Elementor. Now how do I best resolve this if we still need Elementor to use its own lightbox?

What if you were able to use Photonic’s lightbox for non-Photonic photos? You can do this from Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Generic Options → Photonic Lightbox for non-Photonic Images.

The other possibility was to disable Photonic’s lightbox and use Elementor’s, but that will not work in your case since you are displaying a group of Flickr albums – Elementor’s lightbox cannot directly open Photonic’s nested photos.
