Duplicate menus

    Hi @sarumbear

    We understand you’d like for us to add the option to duplicate menus. Would it be possible for you to provide more details on how you are creating these ‘menus’? Is it a custom post type created with a WordPress plugin?

    They are the standard menus! Created at the standard Appearances > Menus page.

    Thanks for clarifying this.

    With the Yoast Duplicate Post plugin, you can choose to clone or duplicate different WordPress post types such as posts, pages, and other custom post types.

    Since the menus (under Appearance > Menus) aren’t a particular post type, it isn’t possible to use the Duplicate Post plugin here. You might want to check out our available developer documentation if you want to modify the default outputs of the plugin – https://developer.yoast.com/duplicate-post/overview/
