    Hi,

Well, after month my course is done but now I’m encountering a problem. For some reason when I use [namaste-enroll course_id=XXX] it creates 2 enrollments.

I’ve tried to disable plugins and delete some code from my function (child) but no clue why this is happening?

    Any idea?

    Thanks in advanced

Could you send me a link to have a look?

It is weird because it only happens when I added the namaste shortcut.

@vansite Don’t post login information on these forums, that’s going too far and the plugin author would get into real trouble for taking you up on that.

There are many ways to get information the author needs and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing a system that way is a short cut that will get the author into real trouble in these forums.

    Hi Prasunsen,

    The link is http://dreamglish.com/curso/

But you have to register to my site. If you want I can send you login info to an email.

If you register on your own. After registering visit the website I referred just a couple of lines above.

    Thanks

So the page only has the [namaste-enroll course_id=XXX] shortcode and nothing else? You are sure the shortcode is not repeated?

I’m 100% sure. If I remove the namaste code the page is not doubled anymore. It is very weird.

Could you try with some of the default themes? We have no such problems so I am really out of any ideas.

    you are right!

I dont’ get the error with the twenty-seventeen.

    hmmmm

I guess you cannot do anything about it.

Any idea how I can address to solve the problem though?

    Thanks

Edit: And it is not the child theme I created because I activate the original theme and I have the problem too.

i have a little more info.

I realized that if I don’t write anything else in the page apart from the namaste shortcut, there is no duplication.

But in the moment I write a letter, it is doubled.

EDIT: And it only happens outside the course. Inside no problem at all. You can check it here: http://dreamglish.com/dream-course/ingles-basico/

Side note: @vansite It is inappropriate to come to a moderator’s site just for the purpose of continuing an argument. My contact form explicitly says you risk having your forum account blocked.

    Do not repeat that again.

I’m sorry I can’t reproduce it. It’s a conflict with something on your installation.
