Duplicate Notifications

    Hi – I am receiving 2 emails per trigger notification. I’ve tried to use the extensions you provided in the documentation to help but am unsure I am doing it correctly. I downloaded the Notification: Prevent Duplicates plugin/extension and its downloading a .php file so I zipped and tried uploading to my plugins and it isn’t working. I also went inside the PLUGIN settings and I don’t see a extension for duplicates. How do I add third party extensions to the plugin?

    Hey, you just need to install it as a regular plugin, it doesn’t add any settings or UI to the plugin. If the plugin is active, it should work out of the box.

    Another thing to try is to enable Background Processing in the plugin settings, this may help.

    If not – I still have good news. Just yesterday we merged the code that solves the duplicated notifications once for all. It will be released in the next version of the plugin.
