Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Can you please share with us the payment gateway used for these orders since upon checking your site, I can only see Check Payments here?

Can you please share with us what payment method using the Test Mode triggered this issue? I am asking since the Check Payments payment method does not have a test mode and for us to isolate the root cause of this problem.
Additionally, for this screenshot which used Check Payments, did the order duplicated again?
