Hello
You can open “Setup fields” and switch mode “Add products as”.
Or set “fill order details” = 1st row only.
Thanks, Alex

Gotcha, thank you. What is the specific reason though that it does show duplicates? I’m a little confused by that.
Hello
Please, review the order.
Do you see same order items?
Thanks, Alex

I’m using Woocommerce. The person can have more than 1 item purchased during checkout, so maybe that’s it? Each line item is for each product they bought? Although it’s not showing different information, it’s literally an exact duplicate of the same line item.

No definitely not. It’s a fresh install.
Please, edit the order.
Do you see unique order items?
Thanks, Alex

Yes I have unique order items, 2 line items. But the one is a bump order purchase from Aerocheckouts bump offer, not sure if that makes a difference. It pulls in an actual product though.
It looks like every order actually has duplicates because it apparently is pulling in the line items just not showing them separately. For instance if the duplicate exported row had different information regarding the second line item, in this case it does not. It just shows the same info. So I guess I understand why it’s doing it and I can implement the option you mentioned. However it might be useful to actually see the different line item on the export order rather than just the total ya know?
