• We are currently solving a problem where a customer wants to pay for their order, but the payment fails on the payment gateway, so they are prompted to pay again, when the payment is successful. Woocommerce displays information that everything is OK and the payment is complete. However, the payment was made twice. We found this information on our account and 2 customers have already informed us about it. Both had the same problem. When trying to pay on the payment gateway, information was displayed that the payment did not go through even though it did, so they tried again and the payment was already made = they paid twice. The payment went to them twice. We have evidence. We switched to Teya and are now solving this problem. This did not happen to us on the previous payment gateway that we used (about 5 years). Does Teya verify Order ID / Transaction ID to prevent this from happening?
