Duplicate payments

Since installing this plugin on a Siteground website I am having trouble with duplicate payments. When a customer makes a payment, the Paypal screen will refresh and return directly to the original payment screen, giving the impression that payment was not made.

I raised a ticket with Siteground and had the page excluded from the dynamic cache. Yet the problem persists. Siteground is suggesting this plugin is the problem.
