    Regarding the ongoing debacle with timeout issues on payments, we’ve not experienced pending payment issues, just the infinite loading wheel waiting, presumably waiting for a response from Paypal’s servers.

    In an attempt to mitigate the inconvenience to our customers we disable direct card payments. However, the issue still occurs during standard Paypal Checkout (both Paypal payment and Debit/Credit Card payment). To compound the issue, customers who refresh the page during the ‘infinite loading wheel’ are being charged again – a new order number is created but all other order details are identical.

    If this cannot be resolved quickly we’ll need an alternative – this is unacceptable.

    PayPal is already working on that issue to reduce the waiting time but I guess we can’t prevent people from reloading the page manually. But please understand in some cases it could be to the connection of the clients too.

    The GDrive package would not solve the current behaviour.
