duplicate plugin and post

    Hi, before a modify a settings of permalinks, i see the plugin duplicate in header.

    The code:

    <body>
<div class="options-container">...</div>
<ul id="filterOptions">...
<div class="header">...</div>
<div class="entry-content">
   <div class="options-container">...</div>
   <ul id="filterOptions">...
</div>
