Duplicate Posts

We have Broadcast set up to send published events from child sites on a multisite network to the parent site, and save them in Pending status.

However lately, we’re getting like a dozen duplicate posts for each event that is added on a child site. Same time stamp so it’s not revisions. Any idea what could be causing this?
